CHRIS MIDDLEDITCH - CHAIRMAN

Chris joined the station in 1991 as a Presenter.  Now 15 years on he has bought the station up to the 21st century with his innovative ideas, crazy personality and love of Soul music.  His travels in the U.S.A sparked his passion for all that is Soul!!!

RITA MIDDLEDITCH - SECRETARY

As the saying goes... Behind every man is a strong, vibrant woman and here she is in the form of our  Rita. The wife of Chris, Rita works behind the scenes helping with the running of the station.  She is a self proclaimed rock chick with a love for ZZ top and The Rolling Stones to name a few!!!   

GURPREET MUDHAR - STATION MANAGER/PRESS OFFICER

Affectionately known as Sister Love she spins the smooth tunes on the Love Zone.  In addition, she is a mean, lean, publicity machine seeking every opportunity to raise the profile of the station.  Supporting Chris in all aspects of running the station she is a very busy bee!!!

GARY SPENCE -GUEST PRESENTER


Gary  guests on Woodside  Radio .  Currently  a Presenter for Solar Radio  on Sky channel 0129  he has long affiliations with  us as he  continues to  keep  links with  the station that  taught him all that he knows!!!

AMY SMITH - PRESENTER

Our ecclectic  pop  princess  Amy  Smith  presents  a show of her own  as a  fully fledged presenter.  Spending her  spare time  being  surrounded by music by doing  something  that she  loves  spreading  sunshine  round  the  wards  with  help  from  Hard-Fi,  Kaiser  Chiefs  and  Kubb.

JACK SENGUPTA - PRESENTER

Jack's action packed afternoon show squeezes in everything  from  golden oldies  to  modern  pop tunes.    Don't  forget to tune into the 'Blues  at  Two'  slot , his mission  is to play a tune from every country worldwide!!

SASHA HENRIQUES - PRESENTER

Sasha  has  been  involved in radio  since 2001 after a  baptism  of fire  from being  thrown in to live student radio.  You can now find her  playing  'tastes of the Caribbean' on Woodside with a sprinkling of sport  and a dash of current affairs on the Caribbean community. 

ALAN CROFTON - PRESENTER


Alan's  love of  all music  including  pop, hip hop, soul and  rock  aims to  be  an exciting  show with  help from a few  of  his favourite  bands  including  Oasis  and  Coldplay.   My aspirations  for the future  with  the help of the staff  at  Woodside  Radio  are to move into commercial radio  and tv.

CHRYSTELE BUSAFU - PRESENTER

Gospel diva Chrystele originally from France is a member of the choir at her local church.  Working on radio is therapeutic as it helps her to unwind after a busy work schedule.  Mixing her gospel roots with her new found interest in Soul music makes her show a great start to the weekend.

SCOTT FELLOWES -PRODUCTION ASSISTANT


Student  Scott currently  studying  Performing  Arts  and Music Technology.  His practical skills have entailed him to be a mix master on the mixing desk by spinning lots of requests and a whole host of tunes for everyone!!

AMY FADUGBA - PRESENTER

Currently  in training  to be a  Presenter  Amy Lola is ready to  collect your requests  and let loose her  knowledge  of  Urban, blues, Jazz and Gospel music.  Keep tuned to Woodside as Amylola will be doing a show very very soon. 

ROB HARVEY - PRESENTER

Rob has previous experience of working in Hospital and Local Radio.  After taking a break his passion was reignited with a refresher course with the team and when he is not working for the local Council he is  entertaining  the patients with  his rye sense of  humour and his explosive personality.

GILLIAN ELMI - PRESENTER



Gillian is our resident Soul and Jazz queen  she n spins your favourite tunes every saturday afternoon.  Join her on a journey of Soul fusion old and new  from as far wide as Africa,  Europe, Japan and the Americas!  Check out what's on in London, celebrity gossip and your requests.

JOANNE DUNN - PRESENTER

Jo is a music fanatic and you will always find her in the record shops and at concerts. She has previous hospital radio experience and decided to spin the decks all over again especially for the listeners of Woodside Hospital Radio.  Jo's specialities include R'n'B and Soul.  

RACHEL SILVER - PRESENTER/PRODUCER

Rachel works for Capital Radio.  She has worked at two production companies, interviewing artists, editing audio, making features and producing shows.  You can find Rachel presenting on Woodside with the latest in entertainment news and showbiz gossip.
